Dear Joe,
I just wanted to let you know how happy we are with our new Kitchenscapes cabinets. From our first meeting, which was about a year ago, both Roberta and I were very impressed not only by your excellent workmanship, but also by your professionalism and expertise. Of the literally dozens of cabinet makers and retailers we visited, you were the only one who prepared computer drawings for us. Having these drawings enabled us to visualize the new kitchen, and to decide what would and what wouldn't have work for us. It also gave us a more concrete basis for comparing prices of different cabinets. We appreciated your time and patience in revising these drawings numerous times so that we could have the most efficient arrangement in our rather "unusual" kitchen. As you know, both Roberta and I are compulsive researchers, and we looked at literally hundreds of cabinets in every price range. We found that not only were your cabinets well-constructed and beautifully finished, but that they were equal to or better than "brand name" cabinets selling for far more. Having your brother Pete mix custom stains for us until he found just the right one, was the perfect finishing touch.

Dear Kitchen Scapes,
Last year we decided to do our kitchen over, entirely rip out the old and install a new one. We shopped around quite a bit and did price comparisons at major home and smaller independent stores. Are much deliberation, we decided on the large and nationally known home improvement chain, Home Depot. This turned out to be a huge mistake.

After three weeks, the cabinets arrived. A friend and I began the installation. When most of the cabinets we up and after checking the base cabinets, we discovered seventeen items that were wrong with the units. I contacted Home Depot, and they sent the manufacturer of the cabinets to our home. The representative of the cabinet manufacturer said that they would replace anything we were not happy with, doors, side panels, etc. This was unacceptable.

The following day, the manager of the Home Depot came to our home and took pictures. He agreed the cabinets were a disaster and assured us that he would do anything to make us happy. We asked him to remove the cabinets from our kitchen and give us full restitution and payment for the installation and removal, which he agreed to.

We order customize cabinets from Kitchen Scapes, and with a few months they were delivered in perfect condition. The cabinets are beautiful oak. The granite top is absolutely gorgeous. From the initial measurements, to the final installation, the entire job super professional. Out one regret is that we did not go with Kitchen Scapes first.
